Shipping

US shipping

I ship via USPS unless otherwise noted. Please allow 3-5 business days for me to pack up your items and bring them to the post office :)

International shipping

I endeavor to do my best with shipping internationally. Once I send your parcel, you'll receive a shipping email with an estimated delivery date.

Please check your shipping address carefully as lost parcels due to incorrect addresses cannot be replaced or refunded. All international orders may be subject to import duties and taxes at the destination; please check the rules for receiving goods from the US for your specific country.

Returns

Please check your order when it arrives

Inspect your order upon delivery and let me know immediately if the item is damaged or if you received the wrong item. I'd like to make it right.

Return eligibility

In order to be eligible for a return, your items must be in the same condition that you received them and in their original packaging. You’ll also need a receipt or proof of purchase. Please understand that I cannot accept returns on sale items (seconds and samples).

How to start a return

To initiate a return, contact me at hello@studiotokidoki.com. If your return is accepted, I’ll send you instructions on how and where to send your package. Items sent back to me without first requesting a return will not be accepted. You will be responsible for shipping charges, including tracking, as well as for communicating the tracking number to me at hello@studiotokidoki.com.

Refunds

I'll notify you once your return has been received and inspected, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please note that it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process the refund, too. If more than 15 business days have passed since your return has been approved but you haven't received your refund, please let me know at hello@studiotokidoki.com

Exchanges

The fastest way to ensure you get what you want is to return the item you have, and once the return is accepted, make a separate purchase for the new item.

The imperfect art of ceramics

Is each piece made by hand?

Yes, each piece is made by by yours truly over several weeks in a community studio in San Francisco. Pieces may vary slightly in size, shape, and finish, and may retain light marks resulting from the process. I like to think of them as charming reminders of their handmade nature.

What are “seconds?”

Seconds are pieces that don’t meet my very high quality bar: the glaze may be imperfect in a few places, the rim may be a little wonky, there may be a small, mended crack. These pieces are offered at a discounted price for final sale.
